Who we are

Panama Shuttles is a small local transport and tour team in Panama. You can reach us at booking@panamashuttles.com or on WhatsApp at +507 6907 4119 for anything related to your personal information.

What we receive

• Booking and contact form: the details you type in — such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, route, number of passengers, flight number and your message.
• WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send us in your messages.

We do not ask for passport numbers, card numbers or any other sensitive information through this website.

How the form works

When you send the booking or contact form, your message is delivered to our booking email through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. Nothing you type is published on the website.

What we use it for

• To answer your questions and send you a quote.
• To arrange and operate your shuttle, transfer or tour, including pickup times and changes.
• To contact you about that trip, for example if a time changes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send you advertising unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to provide your service — the driver, guide or boat operator for your trip — and only what they need, such as your name, pickup point, time and number of passengers.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. If you make a payment online, it is processed by the payment provider you use; we never receive or store your card number.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your information to font or image services.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps technical server logs — such as IP addresses and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to arrange your trip and handle any follow-up questions about it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to booking@panamashuttles.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
