How it works
- Send us your flight details. Flight number, date, how many passengers and bags, and the address you are going to.
- We confirm by WhatsApp. You get the quote, and before your trip we confirm the pickup details and tell you exactly where to meet your driver.
- Straight to the door. A private vehicle for your group only — no shared stops, no waiting for other passengers.
- Going home? We pick you up at your address and time the trip so you reach Tocumen with the margin your airline recommends — usually three hours before an international flight.
Anywhere in Panama City
Hotels, apartments, Airbnbs, offices or a friend’s house — if it is in the city, we take you there. The most common drop-offs include Casco Viejo, Bella Vista, El Cangrejo and Obarrio, Punta Paitilla and Punta Pacífica, Costa del Este, San Francisco, the Amador Causeway (for the Taboga ferry), Albrook and Clayton / Ciudad del Saber.
Heading straight out of the city?
You do not have to stop in Panama City at all. We can collect you at Tocumen and continue directly to the coast or the mountains — see our Panama City to Santa Catalina and Panama City to Las Uvas (El Valle) routes, or ask for a day tour on your way. For a same-day connection, flights that land in the morning work best.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. $40 covers one or two passengers and $45 covers three or four — so a couple pays $40 in total, not each. For five or more passengers, message us and we will quote the right vehicle.
Does the price change at night or on holidays?
The rate above is the standard one. If your flight lands at an unusual hour or on a holiday, confirm with us when you book and we will tell you before you commit.
Can you pick me up at any hour?
Yes — arrivals and departures at any flight time, including early-morning and late-night flights. Book ahead so we can plan the driver around your schedule.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number when you book. If your arrival time changes, message us on WhatsApp and we adjust the pickup around the new time.
Which terminal do I arrive at?
Tocumen has two terminals, T1 and T2, and the terminal depends on your airline. Tell us your airline and flight number and we will confirm exactly where to meet your driver.
How long is the drive into the city?
The airport is about 24 km east of downtown. Around 30 minutes is typical; at rush hour it can take more than an hour. The Corredor Sur toll road is usually the fastest way in.
How many people and bags fit?
The vehicle is private for your group. Tell us how many passengers and bags you have — including surfboards or dive gear — and we will send the right vehicle.
Do you have child seats?
No, we do not carry child seats. If you are travelling with small children, please bring your own.
